he placing of a rainbow-colored sticker, with a badge and Safe Place lettering across it, officially designated Bank of America as the largest partner with Tucson Police Departments Safe Place program to provide safe harbor for the LGBTQ community.
Bank of America is implementing the program at 13 locations found as far east as Houghton Road, Ajo Way to the west and Cortaro and Valencia roads to the north and south. Each will provide a safe place for victims of crimes. Tucson is the fifth city where Bank of America has partnered with local law enforcement to promote similar programs.
The corporations location near the El Con Mall was the first to be designated Thursday morning.
We know Tucson is generally a safe place to be, but sometimes, especially with regard to the LGBTQ community, there are acts of violence that are occurring and we want to be part of the solution to ensure everyone feels safe in Tucson, according to Lacey Perry, a market manager for the corporation in Tucson.
Perry added that Bank of America staff have been trained to help people dealing with bias-motivated or hate crimes find safe refuge within the buildings until officers arrive.

BOA SUCKS and I’ve recently changed banks.
Now to find out this makes me feel even better about my move
“Bank of America Officially Declares Hatred Of Christians” should be the headline.
FU Warren Buffet...
How about safe harbor for people who are not in a certified victim group? A place where they can go when they are falsely accused of a bias crime?
I will not patronize any business with that sticker on the door.
So, when all banks and credit unions have this sticker, then what? I ask because that’s the trend. Not trying to defend BofA. Just curious where Freepers are going to invest their money and retirement funds when all factions of the financial world have gone LGBT* in full force.
Before we lose the war altogether I suggest we let them know how we feel about it. There may ultimately be no place left to go, but I dont think enough people speak out about it. There were some loud, aggravating, persistent people who sold them on this queer crap. Its time for normals to push back. We often dont because to do so has been deemed hate.
Is that just the restrooms or include the vault and other formerly secure areas too?
Safe Place in a bank? Sorry, only open eight hours a day, closed on weekends and holidays.
Victims of Antifa violence, victims of leftist hatred? Go pound sand.
No, I need a safe working environment where this evil isn’t shoveled at me. After a harsh illness God helped me recover from I went back to the workforce via temp agency. Light factory, easy peasy, right? No, the immediate supervisor was a manly dyke who’s every other sentence mentioned her “wife”. Nothing to do with the job, she just had to keep saying it while I suppressed throwing up and expressing my certainty she was damned to hell. Silly me, so old school.
Bank of America staff have been trained to help people dealing with bias-motivated or hate crimes find safe refuge within the buildings until officers arrive.
IOW, bank robbery has now become so much easier at BoA branches in Arizona.
B of A opened bank accounts and issued debit cards to illegals several years back. But if I want to open an bank account, I have to show lots of ID.
B of A’s leadership is not on our side.
Cant that sticker also be seen as a target rich area for real homo haters?
