At 9:30am tomorrow morning, on the Senate floor, I will speak about House Democrats’ precedent-breaking impeachment of the President of the United States.
High stakes going on, Big boys across the world following this and playing in it as well. Obama’s, Clinton’s, Kerry and other former leaders weren’t traveling around the world in 2017 and 2018 to just visit their ‘friends’ or sell books.
I suggest that whenever the “articles of impeachment” land in the Senate that an immediate vote be held & when the POTUS is acquitted that McConnell declare it a POLITICAL FARCE from the start & thereby end this absurd WASTE of taxpayer’s MONEY.

One could also argue that impeachment was for a time when the President was elected not by indirect vote of the people, but by the state legislators assigning electors. Because of this it would make sense that the Senate as representatives of the states would be the ones to decide the ultimate fate of the President. Today with direct election of Senators a recall effort that would require 66% of the electors voting for impeachment via the same method as a general election should be required.
Dear morons. It’s not an impeachment until both bodies of Congress pass it. Until then it’s a halfpeachment.
It’s like celebrating somebody being a little pregnant.
