Actually, since the Democrat impeachment itself broke all the rules, a GOP House could break the rules as well and reverse this ruling.

I would prefer a Stalinist-style purge of the Deep State. One of my shortcomings is that I get more joy from seeing liberals lose, than from seeing conservatives win. To my knowledge, no politician in the 243 years of our nation’s history has ever been executed, and you know some, like Aaron Burr, deserved it. The aftermath of the impeachment proceedings seems like a good time to start.
I wish one of the Republicans would stand to say that the people the Democrats refer to as witnesses were nothing of the kind. A witness, by definition, is someone who sees something. All of the testimony in the hearings has been innuendo, speculation, and hearsay. There has not been a single witness among them.
I generally oppose naming things after people.

The Democrats would just undo it when they regain control. that just the reality.
Simply prosecute every crime the democrats committed in this coup attempt and trace who sent the orders.

The Democrats, unable to make their case that Trump committed “high crimes and misdemeanors” have hung their hats on “abuse of office” as their main article of impeachment. Their offering of evidence hangs on deliberations of the Constitutional Convention and, increasingly, the proposed “abuse of office” proposed article against Nixon. The problem with using this article against Trump is that it was never legitimized with a conviction in the Senate since Nixon resigned before this could take place. So what we have is just more smoke and mirrors by Lawfare and the House Dims.
By proceeding with your invalid impeachment, you are violating your oaths of office, you are breaking your allegiance to the Constitution, and you are declaring open war on American Democracy.Gives me a new tag line.
They have gone so far as to have American children believe that what they say is the truth. That alone should be enough to effectively outlaw the Democrat Party itself.
In doing so, run the lawsuits until they are bankrupt—then convict and “file away” for eternity.
Change the law that it is illegal to allow unions in any government position/agency, etc. EVER!
Instead of a “moral victory”, it is far more important to start issuing dozens of indictments to Democrats who broke the law.
If Hillary spent a year every day murdering a small child with a claw hammer on national TV, the Republicans would announce another “investigation”, or prepare a “report”, or hold a hearing. They have had THREE YEARS to indict some of the most BLATANT criminal acts, YET THEY HAVE NOT.
Is impeachment bad for the United States? Certainly.
But it is NOT AS BAD FOR AMERICA AS *NOT* ARRESTING CRIMINALS. And this point needs to be clear to them.
The Democrats attacking America is bad; but the Republican unwillingness to DEFEND America by arresting these criminals may actually be worse.
