“a decision that could impede residents of this swing state from voting in next year’s presidential election.”

If they moved they just vote in their new precinct/county/state whatever. If they moved from place A to place B, they don’t get to vote for stuff/candidates on the A ballot, they vote on whatever/whomever is on their new ballot.
If it’s just a matter of a new residence within the same voting area, just change the address info.
Not rocket science, Dems.

“...while liberals worry that the voters who would be removed are more likely to be Democrats.” Of course they’re Democrats. Just like most voters who have already died vote Democrat.

1. How does this impeded anyone from voting? All they had to do is send something back stating that they are who they are and live where they live, right?

2. Once again, the arm of Big Government is going to save the day because the people are too stupid, indifferent and lazy to handle this themselves?

The judge's ruling caused considerable distress for many of the affected voters, as evidenced by this photo...

234,000 names

Does not equal 234,000 people.

People not smart enough to update their address shouldn’t be choosing our leaders.

Flush them! Everyone has almost a year to simply re-register...If they are actually “live” citizens...

Lol because these voters no longer exist in the state, Democrats assume most of them are Democrats.

take as many as 234,000 people off its registered-voter list Friday because they may have moved

That would raise hell in NYC where so many have retired to Florida and vote absentee.

Well, the judge in this Wisconsin case decision is not going to fair well in this matter.

Specifically, I am referring to Article 6, Section 2; which includes the Federal Supremacy clause and the doctrine of the Preemption (US-Constituion).

If they got a returned letter saying not at this address, then they should be removed.

If they just didn’t get a response, then I’m not so sure. Maybe they should flag it. I could easily ignore a notice like that for more than 30 days. I could easily lose a notice like that.

They could flag it for another follow up.

If they didn’t get a response and they haven’t voted in 6 years, then okay, purge them.

Think about the fact that Democrats have to be fought tooth and nail to battle election fraud. Judges have to order them and they still will try everything possible to defraud the election.

You know this will hurt the Dems, not the Pubs.

95% of the fake vote probably goes to the Dems.

“President Trump won Wisconsin by fewer than 23,000 votes in 2016. Republicans and Democrats alike are closely watching this court case for its potential impact in 2020, while liberals worry that the voters who would be removed are more likely to be Democrats.”

Well then Democrats can simply ADD THEM BACK...if they’re real voters. Why the lawsuit and why the big deal?

“a decision that could impede residents of this swing state from voting in next year’s presidential election”

Or...it could just as easily prevent someone from voting fraudulently...

It seems the left can only win with the stupid, infirm ,dead and /or stolen vote.

I firmly believe some of our founding fathers had it right when they only wanted land owners to have a vote in elections.

Rest assured sweetie, you will be among the first to visit the re-education day spas (REDS). Propaganda for the great revolution. And that revolution always and I mean always devours its children first, comrade.
