LeVeon Bell was too ill to bowl over Dolphins defenders on Sunday afternoon, but not to knock down some pins late Saturday.
The Jets running back, who missed Sundays win because of the flu, spent Saturday night at a New Jersey bowling alley, according to sources. One source also had photos that show Bell at his lane.
Bell missed practice Thursday and Friday and was ruled out of the game on Saturday because he was dealing with the flu. Jets coach Adam Gase said the team sent him home Friday to avoid getting other players sick. Gase also said Bell was not present at Saturdays team walk-through. He was not seen at MetLife Stadium on Sunday, when the Jets beat the Dolphins 22-21.

Overpaid mofos......nuff said.
As a lifelong Steelers fan I just have to say, thank you sweet Jesus that this guy did not sign the overly generous deal that the team was offering him. It has been addition by subtraction, especially in the team culture department. Same with that nutjob Antonio Brown.
I’m a lifelong Redskins fan who has been quietly backing out the door and have been dividing my loyalties between the Steelers and the Ravens the last few years. It won’t matter if they give Bruce Allen the bum’s rush and prop up Vince Lombardi’s bones on the sideline, Washington will be a sacrificial wild card lamb at best and a league doormat at worst for as long as Daniel Snyder owns the team. An entire book could be written about the WTF? decisions he’s made in the last twenty years. When The Squire of Middleburg owned and ran that team, season tickets could take years to get, the waiting list was that long. (I know, I was on it.) Now the stadium is half empty and scalpers are lucky to get $10 for the nosebleed seats. (One good thing about growing up equidistant from all three cities; the bars back home almost always have a reason to throw playoff parties in January.)
You mean the not factual league?

Or maybe he's goldbricking, I don't know.
It’s one thing to go bowling if you’re sick; it’s something else to play football. If you’re congested and you repeatedly run up and down the field, you can get bronchitis, not to mention that you probably can’t go full speed to begin with.
On the other hand, he may have greater respect for his teammates than he does for the general public if he’s contagious.
