It was a REPORTER at a FUN EVENT. Not stranger in in church. She was literally MAKING herself part of the story by inserting herself almost literally into the path of the runner so the camera could GET their reaction as they RAN BY THE CAMERA.
It may or may not sell but I didn’t say it or write it.
