The pervy jogger who slapped a TV reporters behind during a 10K in Georgia has been identified by officials and banned from future races.
Race organizers had immediately vowed to find the handsy creep who left WSAV-TV anchor Alex Bozarjian feeling violated, objectified, and embarrassed while she reported on Saturdays Savannah Bridge Run.
Yesterday afternoon we identified him and shared his information with the reporter and her station, the Savannah Sports Council tweeted, without revealing his name publicly.
We will not tolerate behavior like this at a Savannah Sports Council event, the council said in another post. We have made the decision to ban this individual from registering for all Savannah Sports Council owned races.

I hope it was worth it. :)
Looking at the video -granted it is blurry - but you can see his posture and attitude of determination as the youth minister and boy scout leader focuses on what he is about to do.
She is literally standing right in the race path. If one of the runners would have shoulder checked her, that technically is also assault. This chick needs to get a grip.
The most important punishment we can give them is obscurity.
It cannot happen fast enough. They have done enormous damage to the country.
“WHY is it some staple of TV sports for b*tch reporters to hang out in the mens lockerroom?”
Read the story/look at the video.
She wasn’t “hanging out in a locker room”. She was doing live video outside during a run.
Most of the runners going by appeared to be women actually.
This guy acted like a dip$hit
These days with the uber PC crowd like this woman you don’t have to smack ‘em on the ass for them to be offended. I live in a rural area where chivalry still exists. I was walking into the Post office one day and there was a rather attractive young girl behind me. I politely opened the door for her. Instead of being grateful, she tried to snatch the door out of my hand, turned to me and said “I don’t need your help!”. I said “Fine, you’ll never, ever get it again” and turned loose of the door, which promptly smacked her square in the face as I walked past her on my way to my PO Box. It’s a sign of the times, I suppose. I did the same thing a few months earlier for an elderly lady. She turned, thanked me with a tear in her eye and hugged my neck.
A different universe, before this country apparently lost its mind :-\
He smacked her on the backside. He put his hand on her.
Douche move. Not funny.
You could tell she was flabbergasted.
Anyone who did that to my daughter would be sporting more than a flabbergasted look when I was done with him.
good. I don’t want anybody touching any part of me uninvited. The guy acted like a tool.
It used to be that common sense would tell you not to smack a stranger on the bottom. I’m not sure the consequences are completely appropriate, but the guy is an idiot.
I’m referring to assault in a practical sense not a legal sense. I said it was an unwise thing for him to do considering the consequences.
All I’m saying it isn’t that darn traumatic. For Pete’s sake get pissed about it say so and move on. To listen to her and everyone else she’s going to suffer pstd & require years of therapy
.. and seemingly becoming more so by the day.
This thread illustrates that the Left has no monopoly on either thin skin or virtue signaling.
Look, it was rude and uncalled for. Can we write that down in capital letters and all repeat it out loud?
But it wasn’t a heinous crime for which he be publicly flayed and then run out of town naked. Which is metaphorically what’s going to happen to him. The collective outrage here is a little bit excessive considering the offense.
Regarding chivalry, no it is not totally dead, although it is on life support. And that can be blamed largely on 50 years of feminism. Lack of chivalry is only the tip of the iceberg in this society that has become coarse beyond anything that the average person would have imagined 50 years ago.
She has to provide to a judge the damages. What are the damages in this assault? If I was the judge, I would say ‘assumed risk’ for being in the runners path, and dismiss her case. She could have been brushed against any number of ways just by incident of being in the way.
At least he didn’t give his wife a Peloton exercise bike for Christmas. BUT he would have!!!! GUITLY!
(And the beating would be tame, compared to what he's gonna to through with this circus, and he would go on with his life, lesson learned and maybe a black eye to bring to work.)
+1
If she were in my path, I would simply touch her shoulder and say “excuse me.” I certainly wouldn’t swat her on the ass.
My Mom (R.I.P.) once had a male co-worker pat or smack her behind a long time ago. She smacked him in the face. End of incident.
