I wonder how, exactly, this data was collected and how thorough was the baseline data taken from the 1960’s. You’re really talking about an era before satellite data was being collected.

Oceans losing oxygen due to climate emergency This is disconcerting, but we can fight this problem - take all those bloviating idiots in the media and in DC and submerge their heads firmly underwater until the oxygen content stabilizes.

Could it be perhaps they have expanded their search for such areas and they were there all along?

The BS is incessant.
If nothing else, all the 'extreme weather events' they claim are happening in the oceans have to be producing extreme wave action that is increasing oxygen in the water.
To: Olog-hai
The report predicts that the ocean will lose 34% of its oxygen inventory globally by the turn of the next century. Kinda convenient that none of us will be around to find out if this is true.

Hey Islam. BOLO for Greta Thorn-in-our-side preaching the NEW RELIGION. She might come with an entourage from the UNaccountable bureaucrats base camp headed to Mecca and Medina. Of course to you, she might only be a gnat-on-the-azz of the goat you are humping.

The article is heavy on whats happening, but scant on why, leaving me skeptical. So called environmental science consists mostly of conclusions that promote fear, that just demand acceptance on their face. Less hysteria and more facts would enhance credibility.
