I’m not a lawyer, but it seems to me they have effectively violated my civil rights by impeding and obstructing my duly elected President from carrying out his duties. Seems to me that some form of redress would be in order for aiding and abetting those making false claims against President Trump in order to derail his policies and remove him from office.
Let's not get too far ahead of ourselves here.
There were some FReepers referring to that IRS b*tch, Lois Lerner, as "Leavenworth Lois" when she got caught red-handed personally preventing conservative groups from getting their tax-exempt status approved.
She just got her hand slapped, lost her job and now she's enjoying a nice retirement on the taxpayer's dime.
Lisa Page is a lawyer and knows she needs to start spinning her defense in advance of the Horowitz investigative report release. She's going over the top by claiming she is a victim however. Nobody believes that but herself.
So let's see what the Horowitz report says. She may be a small enough fish to flip and help the DOJ to put some bigger players in the pokey.
My guess is that she will not serve any time in jail.
