I understand the idea is to give (deserved) respect to these aborted children, but I’m thinking many women may not have the funds to pay for the burials or cremations. What then? Jail or civic service for a few months to absorb the expense?

The city or state would probably pick up the tab.

The clinic will probably put it in the bill for the abortion and the women can’t get the abortion unless they prepay for it. The clinic is not going to pay for it, they’d rather sell the body for parts.

I think the idea is to remove the profit motive of aborting a baby. at this point planed parenthood sells the baby parts to companies.

Understand that. My sister miscarried and buried the baby in the back yard. Said it helped with closure. I guess it depends on how far this law goes.
