Creepy Joe strikes again. At a campaign stop in Iowa on Saturday, the Democratic presidential candidate munched on his wife's finger as she spoke to the crowd at the first stop on the candidate's "No Malarkey" bus tour through Iowa.
While talking to the crowd, Jill Biden raised up her hand as she referred to her husband as the future president of the United States. The so-called future president then began nibbling on his wife's finger as Jill Biden and the crowd laughed away the awkward moment.
Joe Biden has a long history of inappropriately touching, hugging, smelling and kissing women and children. Earlier this year, the candidate pledged to be more mindful in his interactions with other people.

Plenty of Blarney and Chicanery, though.

I see nothing creepy there. A little affectionate humor.

Joe named his tour correctly:
According to Oxford Dictionaries, malarkey is “meaningless talk; nonsense,” it came into use in the 1920s and its specific origin is unknown

Yes, but Tipper does have a very nice hillside ocean view home in Santa Barbara, she knew how to play the game.

Does anyone under 45 know what malarkey means?I'm way past 45. My Irish father used "malarkey" all the time. At a young age I assumed it meant "bullshit".

I think ‘malarkey’ thing is funny and perfect for him. Malarkey describes him to a tee.
Now every time someone hears “Joe Biden”,
they will think of ‘Joe Malarkey’!

It would appear that Creepy Joe has no impulse control whatsoever.

I think this occured in Council Bluffs, which is often uncongenial weatherwise in late November... particularly at an outdoor venue. Campaigning in Iowa during a dreary late fall and early Winter has to be a real treat for the bi-coastal elite.
I did not see a good, wide shot of the massive, enthusiastic "no malarkey" crowd that witnessed The Nibbler/Doctor Jill PDA. Tens of thousands there?

Joe Nibbles....good name for him.
To: chris37
I seriously believe that the two frontal lobe brain surgeries he’s had have seriously impaired his sense of judgement as well as his impulse control.
What better person could the democrats have found to put in charge of the nuclear launch button?

I'm 81 and malarky started way before my time in the 1920's. Google: What malarkey means? When did it start? Dictionary: Search for a word ma·lar·key /məˈlärkē/ noun: malarkey meaningless talk; nonsense. "don't give me that malarkey" Origin 1920s: of unknown origin.

Joe Biden is weird and creepy.
His son, Jumpher, carries on the family tradition.
