A federal judge ruled Monday that former White House counsel Don McGahn must comply with a subpoena from House Judiciary Committee Democrats. Justice Department said it would appeal the ruling, setting up a possible Supreme Court clash. Now the judge says she will pause her own order while the appeals process has a chance to play out. Trump claimed he is 'fighting for future Presidents and the Office of the President' 'Other than that, I would actually like people to testify'. Said he would 'love' to have Mike Pompeo, Rick Perry, Mick Mulvaney and many others testify

Looks like she got her “law degree” by mail order. Moron.
I actually think this is true.
The Democrats like to claim that President Trump is an autocrat who only cares about himself and willfully breaks all laws. Whatever is good for himself, or his family, is what he is going to do, they say.
But anyone who really pays attention sees him do things like this: preserving rights for future presidents in preference to actions which might rather benefit him in the short-term. He isn't out for himself. He's doing what's right for America.

More interesting to me is her husband's twin brother is ex-GOPe Speaker Paul Ryan's brother-in-law.
Quota judge, or whatever.
Given that she acknowledges a president is not a king, I wonder how she feels about the sweeping executive powers Obama took for himself. DACA, for example.
I did not read in there anywhere the fact that the subpoena may not be valid because the Full House has not voted on impeachment yet.
That seems to be the central argument for PDJT... the legislative branch cannot pierce executive privilege without that proper subpoena.
Your honor.
I don’t care what you are sorry about.
Maybe if you’re lucky you’ll run up against someone “with her solid academic credentials” in a case that will shape your life.
Better you than I.

Neither are judges though they seem to act this way of late.
RAts do indeed leave sinking ships. Thanks bobsunshine.
