The Motives Behind the False Narrative on Islam and the West

Any honest and objective appraisal of Islam’s historic jihad on the Christian world must be eye-opening, to say the very least. In the first century of its existence (between 632-732) Islam permanently conquered, Arabized, and Islamized nearly three-quarters of the post-Roman Christian world, thereby permanently severing it. Europe came to be known as “the West” because it was literally the remaining and westernmost appendage of Christendom not to be swallowed up by Islam.

For roughly a millennium thereafter, Arabs, Berbers, Turks, and Tatars—all of whom called and saw themselves as Muslims—launched raid after raid, all justified and lauded as jihads, into virtually every corner of Europe. They reached as far as Iceland and provoked the U.S. into its first war as a nation. The devastation was indescribable; some regions in Europe, particularly in Spain and the Balkans, remain inhabitable due to the incessant raiding. Some 15 million Europeans were enslaved during this perennial jihad and, according to contemporary records, treated horrifically.

In short, “if we … ask ourselves how and when the modern notion of Europe and the European identity was born,” writes historian Franco Cardini, “we realize the extent to which Islam was a factor (albeit a negative one) in its creation. Repeated Muslim aggression against Europe between the seventh to eighth centuries, then between the fourteenth and the eighteenth centuries … was a ‘violent midwife’ to Europe.”

Here the inevitable question arises: How could such a long, well-documented history of unmitigated Islamic aggression that had immense repercussions on the development of Western civilization now be presented as the antithesis of reality?

The answer revolves around a number of modern philosophies—from the Enlightenment to moral/cultural relativism—that have each contributed to an all-pervasive “Narrative” concerning the historic relationship between Islam and the West.

In presenting the West as aggressor and Islam as victim—hence the latter’s ongoing “grievance”-based animosity—this history is as entrenched as it is the reverse of reality.

Any honest and objective appraisal of Islam’s historic jihad on the Christian world must be eye-opening, to say the very least.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

And what supports the ignoring of the true history of Islamic Jihad against Christians and Jews is the fact that the mass lie perpetrated by Islam is that Johovah, The Christian God, and Allah are the same “God.”

Such is not the case.

Allah is an evolutionary result of the historic integration
of many Babalonian gods: among whon are Ninartha , Sin, and Baal of Syria. Sin’s symbol is the crescent moon still used by Islam to adorn the spires of their mosques.

Allah is a harsh retributive principle, who directs his followers to organize Islamic institutions around mass movements of murder and genocide. That approach hails from ancient Babylon and Assyria.

The evolution of Jehovah and the Christian “God” and his son Jesus are rooted in a very different culture and history which respects women , their wisdom (Shakina),and does not promote institutional hatred and genocide.

Allah is NOT “God,” as much as Muslims want the West to believe that.

Don’t forget it.

It baffles me to see the theology asserted by followers of Mohamed and his corrupted concept of our Creator by Christians like Pope Francis go unchallenged but instead supported simply because of the mono theistic claim.

Repeated Muslim aggression against Europe between the seventh to eighth centuries,

And the crusades were a natural reaction to this aggression and should not be condemned by Christians and Europeans.

RE: It baffles me to see the theology asserted by followers of Mohamed and his corrupted concept of our Creator by Christians like Pope Francis go unchallenged

Francis’ predecessor, Benedict XVI challenged it somewhat in a lecture at Regensberg.

In his lecture, Benedict, speaking in German, quoted a passage about Islam made at the end of the 14th century by Byzantine (Eastern Roman) emperor Manuel II Palaiologos.

The lecture on faith and reason, with references ranging from ancient Jewish and Greek thinking to Protestant theology and modern secularity, focused mainly on Christianity and what Pope Benedict called the tendency to “exclude the question of God” from reason. Islam features in a part of the lecture: the Pope quoted a strong criticism of Islam, a criticism Pope Benedict disclaimed as being stated with an “unacceptable” “startling brusqueness, a brusqueness which leaves us astounded”.

As the English translation of Benedict’s lecture was disseminated across the world, the quotation was taken out of context and many Islamic politicians and religious leaders protested against what they saw as an insulting mischaracterization of Islam.

Mass street protests were mounted in many Islamic countries. The Majlis-e-Shoora (Pakistani parliament) unanimously called on the Pope to retract “this objectionable statement”. Benedict maintained that the comment he had quoted did not reflect his own views.

I believe Francis is trying to avoid incidents like the above.

and the Muslims are still whining about the Crusades. A period in history where Christianity fought back.

The Hindus have no confusion about who Allah is, and its demonic in their eyes.

But many politically progressive Christians in the West, especially those who support the Palestinian cause, think that Allah is just the same as God or Jehova, which is an historically totally unjustified assumption.

Allah hardly supports enlightened civilization of any sort, only draconian submission, misogyny and hatred of individual freedom.

Interesting article. Thanks for posting. Like an overstuffed turkey we are being carved up by bourgeois socialists, nutcase islamacists, and every other anti-individual collective the aggrieved can conjure up. We are in a philosophical war for our survival. RIGHT NOW.

Liberty(right Rush?)/Freedom/Individuals/Christianity paid a heavy price to get into The Collectivist’s Cup. It battled down the backstretch but broke down in the far turn (they shoot horses don’t they?). Down the stretch it was Marx vs. Mohammed. At the wire it was Mohammed by a head.

I’ll take “Looted Republics” for 23 trillion, Alex.
