Joel was on the Dennis Miller radio show some years back. He had left MST3K to work in Hollywood, thinking “outside the box” projects up for somebody.
His projects were too “outside the box”, and he wasn’t renewed.
You got that right. The older shows are gold. The episodes with Patton Oswald, the leftist, are mostly unwatchable.
