He might even respond to censure with more than a tweet. imagine a presidential proclamation of a do-nothing Congress or some other such designation.
As with Clinton, a censure would be consequence free and therefore meaningless.
Moreover, one Constitutionally separate coequal branch really has no standing to censure another branch. It would be like the Vice President demanding to vote on a Supreme Court case.
The censure would be completely partisan.
The Republican Senate should immediately censure the house for the partisan exercise in response.
