A 7,610-square-foot, six-level townhouse in Boston’s prestigious Louisburg Square is listed for sale for $20.5 million.
The home, located at 17 Louisburg Square, is located next door to the townhome owned by former U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Teresa Heinz Kerry. The property was built in the 1850s and was originally the location of an Episcopal convent and private hospital owned by the Order of St. Margaret. It was subdivided and renovated in 1994.

The furniture is total crap. One would expect real antiques at least, but real estate agents “stage” homes for sale.
Having said that, I’m still not impressed with the house. Lovely ‘hood though.

It would not surprise me at all if Kerry has the final say about who is, and who is not, allowed to move in next door.
Maybe if I could blow my leafs in his yard . . . otherwise, nah.

If I was rich, I would buy the place and rent it out cheap to a bunch of “migrants”. It would be fun to see the Kerrys freak out.
