Funny how something that is bad for dems is qualified by using ‘reported’, but when it is against Trump, hearsay is stated as fact..

I believe the MSM has jumped the gun again. Reporting on a “low level attorney” when no one is supposed to know what the Report is yet. My overall guess is “Trumps team is making selective leaks to scare the crap out of these DeepStaters. It looks like they will take out a few scapegoats and leave all the main players in flux.

...The Post wrote in its now-deleted paragraph.

The Post did not offer an explanation for the change, which occurred shortly after midnight.

Reporting on a “low level attorney” when no one is supposed to know what the Report is yet.

'Unusual restrictions' spook witnesses in DOJ inspector general investigation into alleged FISA abuses
Inspector General Michael Horowitz has invited witnesses and their lawyers to review relevant portions of a draft report, allowing them the opportunity to offer input and objections.

Witnesses?!

The Washington Post report also said witnesses were being asked to view these sections of the document, which is marked "Top Secret," in a secure area, must sign nondisclosure agreements, and have been told they are not allowed to remove any notes they make about the report.
I guess that is the 'Unusual restrictions' part.

It has been seen. That's why the leaks have started.

Damage control and control the narrative.

Thanks for that update of news. Questioning why the IG Report is 1 year overdue and is complete but won’t be released until 12/9? IG will testify on 12/11 and no one will have a clue what is being discussed.Seems like more hidden agenda action.

Well, not really leaks. Articles about the report have started.

The people reviewing the report could be name dropping to divert attention away from themselves.

(also a means of controlling the narrative...only low level people are named)

Note mention of NDA. He had access to secret/classified parts.

they are not allowed to remove any notes they make about the report.

How about not allowing anyone to take phones, pens, paper, etc. into the SCIF? Hopefully the writer is just not very logical with this writing.

Questioning why the IG Report is 1 year overdue and is complete...

The report was delayed because of wrangling over classified/not classified infighting.

horowitz report delayed redactions

Getting more specific...
IG Horowitz’s report delayed due to ‘intra-agency food fight’ over what gets redacted
Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report into the Obama administration’s alleged FISA abuse has been delayed again, allegedly as a result of infighting between federal agencies and “perhaps” a lack of cooperativeness by FBI Director Christopher Wray.
“Evidently, there’s an intra-agency debate and really a food fight if you will about the classification issues,” former Utah Congressman Jason Chaffetz revealed during a discussion Monday evening with Fox News host Sean Hannity.

...but won’t be released until 12/9?
Come on, now. Surely you know what lawyering up is all about.

That's a known element. ANNEX D PartI-Portable Electronic Devices in Sensitive Compartmented Information FacilitiesPersonally owned PEDs are prohibited from processing classified intelligence information. Connecting personally owned PEDs to an unclassified information processing system inside SCIFs may only be done with approval of the DAA (Director of Central Intelligence (DCID)6-38.B.6.c.2).
Government -or contractor-owned PEDs may be approved to process and/or be connected to government ISs (classified or unclassified) provided specific usage and storage is specified and accredited by DAA before introduction.

Funny you mention that though...

Hillary Has an NSA Problem

As a result, your phone and your Blackberry always need to be locked up before you enter any SCIF. Taking such items into one represents a serious security violation. And Ms. Clinton and her staff really hated that. Not even one month into the new administration in early 2009, Ms. Clinton and her inner circle were chafing under these rules. They were accustomed to having their personal Blackberrys with them at all times, checking and sending emails nonstop, and that was simply impossible in a SCIF like their new office.

“But the Post, hours after publishing its story, conspicuously removed the portion of its reporting that the FBI employee involved worked ‘beneath’ Peter Strzok, the FBI’s since-fired head of counterintelligence. The Post did not offer an explanation for the change, which occurred shortly after midnight.”

It was probably accidentally erased due to being hosted on Amazon’s faulty AWS hosting service—you know the one that recently was not awarded the multi-billion-dollar government hosting contract.

If it's true that "an FBI lawyer manipulated a key investigative document related to the FBI's secretive surveillance of a former Trump campaign adviser -- enough to change the substantive meaning of the document", then this is an extremely serious offense.

Not only it is a felony, but it would expose the lawyer to a civil lawsuit.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
YEs. It was one of the big publishers (CNN, WAPO, NYT) I was reading in which they stated as fact that POTUS was making baseless assertions about Joe Biden’s Quid Quo Pro with the Ukraine when there is NO EVIDENCE that Joe ever did such a thing....they wrote this after the video of Joe Biden doing exactly that had been viral for about 48 hours.
They now say he worked under the General Counsel, Baker, which makes a lot more sense since he's a lawyer and all.
The days when the NY Slimes or the Washington Post can redefine history by stealth - deletion are over.
WAY OVER.
Strzok , Lisa Page , the Ohrs and the fall guy lawyer were on the same “insurance policy “ espionage team.They reported directly to Obama and the NSA.And there is a clear connection to the Ukrainian government intelligence services concerning the Steele Report.They are racketeers.
The whole world now knows it.
Bull Durham will have a field day.
WHAT HAS BEEN SEEN CANNOT BE UNSEEN.
The People demand they be held accountable.
And the first assurance we will have of that will be a landslide victory for President Trump in Nov. 2020.
