I call her a stick figure. The black actually accentuates her stiffness. She has stiff movements and she needs the open sweaters to add movement to her stick figure body.

Yeah, she may dress like Gilligan but she doesn't live in a hut made of bamboo and palm fronds.
And, she only adopts that character when it's time to be seen by the public.
Unfortunately, she didn't fade into obscurity after a couple of years because the public lost interest in her.
