Post #16. With so many rats running for president in 2020 it's hard to keep up with who's in and who's out. Hopefully, this post will help. Below is a list of declared candidates, their occupation, the date they dropped from the race (if they did) and misc. notes.
This thread will be reposted each week, likely on Monday, with the dropouts from the previous week and newly declared candidates noted. The dust biter(s) from last week: none.
Newly declared candidates from last week: none, thankfully, but ya never know. However, Mike Bloomberg has taken slot 28 (I believe in being prepared) because last Friday... "Despite filing for paperwork, a representative for Bloomberg said the New York billionaire has still not confirmed if he will join the race and that the Alabama filing was strictly for deadline purposes." Here's Bloomberg's logo.
Deval Patrick and Eric Holder are considering joining the fray. Seems there is some concern that nobody currently running can beat President Trump.
Please let me know via FReepmail if you find errors. Thanks! upchuck

The schedule of Democratic debates is here.
The next debate will be Nov 20. Details here
I still think if Trump ran as a Democrat, he’d sweep the elections.
Didn’t Nuke’Em Swallwell drop out?
Is Who’s Running for national candidates only?
At least in NH, an anti-nuclear power
activist from Rowley MA is running. He filed with state of NH. “We don’t need another politician in the White House.”
But Trump was not a politician when he ran and won.He held no office though I believe he ran before. First political office attained: U.S. President
This guy was able to spend $1000 to file in NH.Not sure how much is left in his campaign kitty.Vermin Supreme has a better chance.
It’s Monday morning, Marianne Williamson is still in the race, and all is right with the world.
Can you imagine the cheek, the gall, the chutzpah it takes for either of these two sorry bahsteds to jump into the primary campaign because they decided that none of the OTHERS could defeat Trump but THEY COULD? THAT is a sparkling example of Delusions of Grandeur. I can hardly wait to see them all get their comeuppance.
Not sure if Comley, see above, running as GOP or Dem. He may have run in ‘16
as GOP.
List above Dems only? Some Republicans are primarying Trump like Bill Weld
I believe.
Yes. The only reason for this post is because so many dims are running.
If you look at the list above, Swallwell is number 23 and dropped out 7/8/19.
Yes, democrat candidates running for president only.
You can find info about local races at The Green Papers.
The actual number running from a post posted here a month or two ago was in the 2 to 300 range. These 28 are only the ones taken minimally seriously and of those only a few can be considered true contenders. Warren, Biden, Sanders and maybe Bloomie and the pantsuit.
Don’t forget to add Moochie O to the list.
Everyone of them is a socialist.
Everyone of them is a hardcore socialist, except for maybe Bloomberg, who seems to like centralized government control but is more pro-business than the rest. I think Bloomberg is a hardcore corporatist (same as the Nazi Germany economic system where the central government told private businesses what they had to produce).
Not a moderate democrat amongst the bunch.
