Not a Marine myself, but my Grandfather was in the 6th Marine Division during WWII, fighting the Japs.

Have any of you Marines ever visited your birthplace, Tun Tavern in Philadelphia??? No, but I have visited the memorial honoring those who raised the American flag on Mt Suribachi. No, not the one in Washington DC. I got to see the one on top of Mt Suribachi.
