"being on the keto diet and having epilepsy and/or ulcerative colitis?"

Surf over to: www.reddit.com/r/keto/ Then at the search bar at top, put in colitis or epilepsy. That said, I would go here and find a Dr that specializes in Keto. https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/doctors

Each cell in the human body is driven by an internal clock which follows the circadian rhythm of 24 hours.

Nope.

We are closer to a 24.3 hour cycle.

You don't figure that in how are you going to figure out anything else?

Thank you! I will definitely do more research.
Unfortunately, I've been blessed with both, epilepsy and UC. :(
I've researched epilepsy and being on a keto diet. Found very positive feedback and tried it for about 2 months. I did great and had no seizures in that timeframe. The downside.... I lost more weight that I wanted and started to have horrible colitis flare ups. My Neurologist gives me the thumbs up. 👍 Gastroenterologist gave me the thumbs down.👎
