On Youtube, I've read "Dow closes ABSOLUTELY UNCHANGED at 0.00!!! Only third time EVER in the last 73,000 days of a trading stock market!!!"

So I checked the Dow online and see:

Your confusing the DOW symbol for Dow Chemical stock which closed as you stated with the Dow industrial average which has the symbol DJIA or DJIND.

I recognized it immediately because I’ve been making money on DOW the last few weeks with some covered calls....and DOW is around 55 and DJIA is ~27,691. :)

Ransom, all I can think is 45's tweet this morning was at 6:32 AM with one BOOM in it. Market opens at 8:30 a.m. And the market closing even only third time in history would be a record day.

The Dow closed at an all-time high of 27691.49 on Monday and closed at 27.691.49 again on Tuesday.

Disney (NYSE:DIS) was also in the headlines as the company launched its new Disney+ service. And Boeing (NYSE:BA) influenced markets after the aircraft company attempted to restore public trust in the 737 Max.
