I forgot to label the photograph.

It's Deplar Farm on Iceland’s Troll Peninsula.

It's a converted sheep farm in the Fljót region - this 13-suite luxury lodge is set among rolling farmlands, dramatic couloirs and crystalline fjords.

Provides front-row seats to view the Northern Lights.

I can ski out my backyard for a whole lot less. My knees are shot though. So forget it.

Sounds like fun.

A trip to Grand Targhee is a bit less expensive and they have one entire mountain dedicated to non-groomed ‘cat’ skiing (ride up on a tracked vehicle, ski down on virgin powder).

They get FANTASTIC powder and a lot of it!

They also might want to add Riksgränsen, in Sweden. (Riksgransen.se)

It is 200 kilometers north of Arctic Circle. Northernmost ski resort in the world.

We went there last year while staying at Ice Hotel. A great experience but too steep for my level of skiing. My son was all over it though.
