LTC Hickman shared an incident that occurred between the two men during a combined US-Russian exercise called “Atlas Vision 12” in Grafenwoher, GE.
The incident that occurred between the two men was described by LTC Hickman in a Twitter thread he shared on his timeline on October 31st.
He begins the thread by explaining the mission and why the two men were there. He then goes on to describe a disturbing string of events involving then Major Vindman, where he bashed America to Russian and American subordinates, and heavily promoted a “globalist” type agenda.
LTC Hickman said Vindman was clearly a partisan Democrat who was more “activist” than a bipartisan military official. LTC Hickman goes on to say that after several complaints from other officials who were deeply bothered by Vindman’s “anti-American” tone, he verbally reprimanded him for his actions.
LTC Hickman says he wrote the thread because he personally has witnessed Mr. Vindman’s partisan bias behavior and wanted people to know that he’s not the “All American” decorated “hero” that the media and Democrats are painting him out to be.
He’s more of an “activist” than anything else, according to LTC Hickman’s direct observations and interactions with Mr. Vindman.

Well from what I can tell Vindman could/SHOULD be charged with the following articles under the UCMJ:
Article 81 Conspiracy
Article 82 Soliciting commission of offences
Article 88 Contempt towards officials
Article 92 Failure to obey order or regulation
Article 94 MUTINY or SEDITION
Article 103a Espionage
Article 104 Public records offenses
Article 107 False official statements; false swearing
Article 123 Offenses concerning Government computers
Article 131 Perjury
Article 131a Subornation of perjury
Article 131b Obstructing justice
Article 131f Noncompliance with procedural rules
Article 133 Conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman
The one to really stick him with would be Article 94 since that carries the death penalty.
You mean Vindman’s anti-American beliefs motivating his attempts to take down our President add up to treason?
Begs the question “How does an anti-American major get promoted to Lt. Col.?”
Obvious answer is “Because the promotion board is made up of traitors”.

I would suggest, since the 1990s...they’ve (the Army) have a problem in terms of quality officers. I might suggest the same for the Air Force as well. So if you need to promote seven out of ten folks up...you are simply looking for people who filled the square pegs, and avoided any disciplinary trouble. The guys with connections and ‘real’ degrees, will simply leave service after four to six years...avoiding the problem of being ‘led’ by the incompetent fools.

When the noise about Vindman first started, his Wikipedia page showed that he had worked for several high profile Democrats and was promoted under them. The page was drastically edited afterwards. Sorry that I didn’t copy that page for future reference and have forgotten who those Democrat administrators were.
My son is a newly commissioned Air Force officer. He will help break that problem.
