I don’t know about Utah, but it’s cold enough in Phoenix that my husband fussed at me for leaving a window open and our furnace actually kicked on for the first time this year.

Just a little welcome for our snowbirds.

The “Arctic air mass” blew through North Idaho Monday afternoon. The temps dropped 35 degrees in a few hours and we broke all-time record lows Tuesday morning at 11 F. October also set the all-time record for most October snow at 7.1 inches.

CLIMATE EMERGENCY!! We must ACT now!!

This week has been very cold in Colorado too. It isn’t unusual to get a snow in October, but we had our third snow this week and the cold is lingering all week.

I drove from Innisfail, Alberta to Kingman, Arizona on Monday and Tuesday and not only was it cold, but the winds were ferocious. I overnighted in Idaho Falls and it was miserable there.

“Record-breaking cold hits Utah”

same with Colorado ... global warming has really failed us just when we need it the most ...
