I thought today's loony parents forbid their kids from celebrating Halloween. Now, they're sending them out until after bedtime so they have an excuse to skip school in case they might learn something on Friday.

SHOCK!!!!....Most school kids will sign ANY petition for ANY reason, that will cancel a day of school.
This has always been so, even before the internet.
