If Biden were in a state of Grace -necessary for thee reception of communion in the Catholic Church- he would renounce his public promotion of legalized abortion.
Because he continues to promote this immorality publicly, legislatively, any priest who would administer communion to him would knowingly be complicit in defacing the Eucharist.
The priest is required to not give communion to Biden and any such public figure. That’s my understanding of it

Any person who has been through a second grade level of catechism, as any Catholic has, knows very well that abortion is a mortal sin.
