I googled the price of beer at the Washington National Park. It’s $9.50 for 16oz. of Bud. So the guy is standing there with $19 worth of beer (two) in his hands and here comes the ball. I can understand the hesitation. He still spilled some as he bent down to try and retrieve the ball.

Also the UMPS are doing ALL in their power to see that we get automated Umps - at least when it concerns balls and strikes and at the LEAST a replay should be allowed with some STIFF fines if Umps wrong.
