I’m SO sick of processing pie pumpkins and Butternut Squash! I’m not going to do this to myself again. EVER!
(OK, maybe a few!) LOL! They’re so darn easy to grow but are SO time consuming to process. We don’t have a Root Cellar yet, so that would help a lot.
I’ll post some pictures of my Pumpkin & Squash harvest on our thread this week or next. Remember - there are TWO of us in this household, now. Just. Two. ;)
Not only are those abundant veggies, they are also BIG and HEAVY!
