Couldn’t verify re: the employment suit or the FOIA suit?
The document’s that appearing with all the news stories I’ve seen one on drops the FOIA suit filed last year. His employment suit was filed just a couple of months ago.
He doesn’t want to eat up his legal fund money due to the coming expenses...

In a civil case, McCabe can be forced to sit for a deposition. If he invokes the 5th Amendment to the questions, that invocation can be used as evidence in the civil case. If he answers questions in the deposition, those answers can be used against him if he is indicted criminally. This suggests McCabe is concerned he will be indicted. It is also good advice from his criminal lawyer, assuming he has one.
That would be correct, it was the FOIA suit. I guess he will rely upon discovery process in the criminal case.
Meanwhile till I hear someone point out that a GJ has been empaneled, somewhere, with evidence it has happened, I am holding my breathe that all this stuff is not just bluster about who is flipping and who is not. It is not uncommon to put out some info to the effect that someone is talking in an effort to drive out the snakes. Sometimes it works, especially in white collar cases verses OC cases because in an OC case, when someone becomes a suspected snitch, they get disappeared.

McCabe is the key. His GoFundMe was paid by deep state, big payment for a book and his job at CNN we’re all to keep him happy and in the Democrat deep state camp. He knows a lot and will provide evidence on others to avoid prison. His life is probably in danger. The next Epstein suicide.
