There is no criminal case. His wrongful termination suit is a civil case too. He got the info he needed there via discovery, so the FOIA suit was redundant/pointless.

I was alluding to the supposed criminal case for which he was allegedly offered a deal. There is also the referral for the IG to DOJ sometime ago which I believe was declined by the DC USA. Was it revived? We don’t know.
One does wonder how many and who are going to get thrown under the wheels of Obama’s,Hillary,Pelosi’s,Shulmer’s buses as this ‘thing’ moves along....deals will indeed be made.

There are always deals....it’s part of going after the big boys if that’s the target.
Some will get immunity if their information is confirmed and reliable. Others will get easier sentences. It’s just the way “Justice” operates today in ‘every field’ of crime and corruption. To have expectations is foolish as these always lead to disappointment.....better to understand we never have the full facts or the real story on why and how sentences or not are given.
Now that we have all/most of the names, all we need to know about are the convictions & sentencing dates.
