Ha. That’s right. Whenever I hear the news, I just assume it’s the opposite—99.999% of the time. LOL.
Interesting assertion from the twitterverse.

WOW!
Trump set up Erdogan. After our troops left, the Turks unwittingly led us to Baghdadi.
He was made into a corpse and carried away, and then we used a MOAB on the Turkish MIT agents meeting with him.
And tonight, Erdogan realizes that Trump effortlessly outsmarted him.

Unexpected
Massive
and Effective.
Russia investigation? Another one?!?!
Two-year investigation, unlimited resources, and leftist Deity Mueller finds nothing significant to recommend prosecution.
The kind of influence necessary by “Russians” to affect the huge number of districts Candidate Trump carried in the 2016 election would have to be absolutely massive and impossible to hide.
So, Mueller proves these “Russians” are masters at covering their tracks because for two years he can't find a single shred of evidence.
Well, if the “Russians” are that good at hiding their evidence, how in the HELL can these Dems be so positive “Russians” are responsible for Trump's victory?
A crime was committed, the entire Dem party committed it, Barr's job is to pursue criminals and of course the Dems want Barr to recuse himself. The arrogance is astounding.
I LOVE their desperation!
While EMDR works, it is the equivalent of taking a painkiller to repair a broken leg.
It removes the pain but does not fix the problem creating the pain. The pain is a symptom, not the cause.
“Their wounds have not just closed, they have transformed. “
This is false. The wound has not changed. Only the perception of the wound has changed.
I have worked with soldiers who have used EMDR to decrease PTSD symptoms. In testing, the emotional subconscious wound still existed. However, the perception had changed in that the memory retrieval was processed logically rather than emotional.
There are variations of EMDR, the most popular is a process by a psychologist at the Chicago VA hospital, Dr. Allen Botkin.
Another technique that works in a similar fashion is EFT. Again, it does not heal the original wound in the person’s soul.
While it is the most time consuming and costly, nothing replaces psychotherapy in providing the best outcome.
Dr. Skip Rizzo at USC integrated virtual reality with imagination reprogramming psychotherapy with very good results. It greatly accelerated the healing process.
At the same time, at Walter Reed they were experimenting with virtual reality for repeated exposure desensitization and it did not work.
EMDR has been around for many years and is only one of the eleven evidence based treatment modalities approved for PTSD.
Bttt
Praying Medic suggests focusing on the intense 'high octane ping' (in Pastor Henry Wright's terms) and then offering up to Jesus that emotion/feeling/memory. THEN asking Jesus to heal that wound in your soul/heart. Then thanking Jesus for said healing.
Then return to the memory of the event and check & see if there's any negative feeling left. Repeat until there's no negative high octane ping feelings left.
EMDR can result--evidently has resulted--in fairly thorough removal of the dysfunctional endless loops of pain, broken relationships etc. There are evidently a long list of studies of EMDR now available documenting that your assertion is wrong because the benefits are lasting, deep-rooted etc.
You clearly have more and more recent experience in such treatments than I do.
I would suggest, however, that transferring a memory/response dynamic from emotional to logical is one way to neuter, take the wind out of the sails of the pain from a historic event.
In terms of PERCEPTION—many experts would insist that PERCEPTION = REALITY in most practical terms.
So what does that leave the DIMRAT/GOP totals in the House currently?

Not sure JB.
What class of ship is that in your post 1127?
Iowa class battleship
A post upthread told me. There was 30 something more dimrats than GOP. I thought it was a lot closer. Thanks.
After listening to that crowd boo President Trump tonight, I am ecstatic that the Astros are about to come from being down 0-2 games to take a 3-2 lead in this World Series, having won 3 straight games in DC.

Ditto for me. Was pulling for Nats til this occurred. Also
root against Warriors as they have Trump-haters.
Ooo... I like this part...

Ditto for me...seems very important.
President @realDonaldTrump was booed loudly by the fans at Nats Parks when he was shown on the big screen during the World Series.
They then began chanting Lock him up.

I’m surprised POTUS attended...must have known this
would happen?
I believe, when it all comes out in the wash, well find out it all started with the removal of Muammar Gaddafi and opening Libya up as a trafficking station.
And that the Benghazi event was meant to provide the newly forming ISIS with a live diplomat prisoner to exchange for money and intel.
I also believe al Baghdadi was recruited out of the prison he was being held in to start ISIS by our own CIA/State Dept and thats why he was released by Obama.

I believe I’m buying what you said.
A post upthread told me. There was 30 something more dimrats than GOP. I thought it was a lot closer. Thanks.
