Judge Kim Cooks in the 255th Family District Court ruled today that seven-year-old James Younger and his twin brother would remain under a joint managing conservatorship under their parents, Jeff Younger and Anne Georgulas.
Cooks also gave the two parents joint decision making over all medical, dental, and psychiatric care for the twin boys, indicating that both the father and mother need to consent to the use of puberty blockers or other aspects of a “medical transition.”
Attorney fees are split.
Cooks also issued a gag order on the father.

I friggin’ hate gag-orders some times.
Looks that way from here . I’ve not read the decision however.
Why joint? The mother has already proven she’s a whacko, who shouldn’t have the right to any decisions, medical or otherwise in the kid’s life.
Lets not forget that the thing that is the kid’s mother is an activist in the “trans movement” and is using her kid and setting that boy up for permanent mutilation for purely ideological fame and no other reason.
She’s purposely sacrificing her child on the alter of acclaim from the “trans community”.
Not only that, but she is not the biological mother of the twins...In Vitro fertilization of eggs placed in her was the process used to birth the twins...
Personally, I prefer to gag the mother!! With a ball gag, and leave it there permanently

Oh that’s nice of you judge but what do YOU have to decide that the father can have a say. He’s the father, he has every right. This is not the decision of the state.
Dr. Georgulas admitted in court she is not actually the twins’ biological mother and used in-vitro fertilization via an egg donor to gestate them.
This is why people hate judical decisions. They try to split the baby, so to speak, and end up mucking things up even more.
why didn’t they put a gag on the wicked witch?
Is a gag order Constitutional? In America, for a man to protect his son, he must give up his Constitutional right of, Free Speech? How is that justice on any level?
They should do like Solomon in the Old Testament and offer to split the child in two.
The “mother” can’t do anything either without his agreeing to it...
That’s not going to work well.
And why is the father gagged?
Why was the father denied custody?
How did he lose a jury trial?
Why aren’t they ordering a psych exam on the mother?
I’d be in favor of completely removing the child from both, until I got better answers.
