A jury in Texas returned a verdict on Monday that will prevent a Texas dad from intervening in the gender transition of his 7-year-old son.
Jeffrey Younger had petitioned a court in Texas to grant him sole custody of his twin sons, James and Jude, in part to avoid a plan to infuse James with female hormones. James, who would like to be called Luna, has been the center of controversy in the heated debate among his parents and others.
Anne Georgulas, the mother of the two boys, has advocated for James to transition into Luna and has strongly backed the idea of chemically castrating her son and beginning hormone replacement therapy. The ruling on Wednesday will prevent Jeffrey from having sole custody of his children and paves the way for Georgulas to proceed with the procedure.
The court has ruled that Georgulas will maintain sole custody of her two children and go forward with plans to give James life-altering medical procedures. Her original court filing had sought to limit her ex-husband's visits with their children and require that he now refer to James as Luna. She further asked that Jeffrey not be exposed to any people who would not confirm his female identity.

In western civilization, women have ALL the rights in family court.
A right to abort their child.
A right to ladle mind bending ADHD drugs down THEIR child(ren’s) throat in lieu of discipline.
A right to be a ‘strong, independent single mommy.’(living off of the government and “child” support).
A right to treat dad as an ATM (”child” and spousal support).
A right to block dad from the child’s life (parental alienation).
A right to hurl false accusations against dad such as rape, child abuse, domestic violence and have it stick.
This is just an outcropping of what has been happening for the last 40 years in “family court.”
And they WONDER why western, particularly caucasian men do not want to settle down and have a family.
The perfect revenge against an ex. Guaranteed to drive him crazy.
This story causes me so much pain. I can’t imagine how the father feels. I am praying for some intervention on the child’s behalf.
If that was my ex wife I would have a tough decision to make about whether I castrate her or not. It’s stuff like this that makes it easy to see why people snap. The mother and any doctor who performs her crazy castration are sick child abusers.
The moral of the story is: Do NOT yoke yourself with anyone that isn’t a true follower of Jesus Christ.
I don’t know how these “experts” live with this lie and the damage it causes to so many innocent children. What a world. Sad.

Fathers have long now been thought of as nothing more than just sperm donors and as an ATM machine.
The problem isnt the mother. She is obviously mentally ill. The problem was with jury selection. They picked a biased group comprising of lgbtq activists and sympathizers as a group of normal people wouldn’t have allowed this.
What would happen if the wife happened to disappear?
The docs all got the message in the early ‘70’s when the Rump Ranger Lobby forced the academics to remove deviant behavior including homosexual acts from the diagnostic manual.
This is absolutely obscene.
That poor father must be going out of his mind.
But the dad will have the financial responsibility. Of course. To the left, you are good only for your money. They want to destroy any influence a parent has over the child’s mind. But they want the parent to keep paying.
They are destroying the parent/child bond. The Sacred State is now the parent. But you are the one who gets the bills.

I am shocked by this. What could have possibly been said to convince a jury this was the right thing to do? Perhaps the father had threatened to beat the tranny out of the kid? Couldn’t be worse than what the mom has planned.

The mother must seethe with resentment to the father and wants to get back at him by abusing the kid.
