A jury in Texas returned a verdict on Monday that will prevent a Texas dad from intervening in the gender transition of his 7-year-old son.
Jeffrey Younger had petitioned a court in Texas to grant him sole custody of his twin sons, James and Jude, in part to avoid a plan to infuse James with female hormones. James, who would like to be called Luna, has been the center of controversy in the heated debate among his parents and others.
Anne Georgulas, the mother of the two boys, has advocated for James to transition into Luna and has strongly backed the idea of chemically castrating her son and beginning hormone replacement therapy. The ruling on Wednesday will prevent Jeffrey from having sole custody of his children and paves the way for Georgulas to proceed with the procedure.
The court has ruled that Georgulas will maintain sole custody of her two children and go forward with plans to give James life-altering medical procedures. Her original court filing had sought to limit her ex-husband's visits with their children and require that he now refer to James as Luna. She further asked that Jeffrey not be exposed to any people who would not confirm his female identity.

I could not agree with you more! A child this age has no idea what they are doing. That is why kids can’t enter into contracts, drive a car, etc. I often think “if these people feel children can be responsible give them a loaded gun and play cops and robbers with them. This is simply child abuse!

One of the Kids at the Grandson’s High School has decided that She is not a Female anymore and goes by “Hank” at School and with Friends. She made the announcement to the Parents a while back and they went semi-ballistic and refuse to accept it and refuse to call Their Daughter by the name “Hank” .
If I were one of Hank’s Her Parents that Child would have been pulled out of that School at the speed of Light and off to a Military School run by Nuns that use only steel rulers on edge for the first stage of punishment.
The Grandson got all pissey the other night when I didn’t call His Friend by Hank And I told Him when God changed that Girl into a Male then I would use that name but until then I will use Her Given Name.

Dating crazy can be fun. I dated a crazy girl. Once. Briefly. I learned from it.
Never marry crazy. If you have any sense, don’t even date crazy more than once. The ex-wife is a very sick woman who is destroying this man’s son. In his place, I would meekly agree to the court order . . . and then once the crazy ex-wife and the authorities thought they had won the right to destroy my baby, I’d grab my child and run far away to hide. It might take a month or more to talk sense into the son, but it’s worth it, no different from if the boy wanted to transition into a puppy or a dump truck.
The professions go along with it because they have been marginalized and the communists/socialists/liberals love it because, in the end, it means state control of children instead of parental control.
