A postal worker in New York has refused to deliver mail at a man's house after he put up Halloween decorations that he deemed offensive.
The postal worker, who is African American, took offense to a skeleton hanging by a noose near Richard Beatty's front door, WCBS reported.
"It's not meant to be racist. It's not to meant to offend anybody," Beatty told the TV station. "It's here to be scary."

Poor widdle overpaid crybaby offended? WELCOME TO MY WORLD! I worked for the USPS, I saw commie propaganda pass through the mail, and I knew who the town’s crackpots were who received it. Not to mention bulk mailings from the Dems during the 0bama campaign. I knew when I got hired I would have to put up with seeing that crap, intentionally delaying the mail is a federal offense, which could mean immediate termination and the distinct possibility of facing felony charges.
Yet another horrible human. There are just so many in our society it is hard to believe we are able to do what our society does.
