Defense contractor Northrop Grumman has begun moving secret cargo through a Southern California marina this weekend.
The large object will be taken from a Northrop Grumman facility in Redondo Beach to a barge for shipment to San Diego.
Northrop Grumman officials cited national security concerns in declining to provide information about the object.
The company agreed on Oct. 15 to pay the city $25,000 for a licensing agreement to use the marina and for any costs the city incurs.

So KTLA, to what public good is it to reveal national security secrets to our enemies in such fashion where they need not employ their own intelligence services to discover our intents?
Tarp shortage in LA?
Yep, definitely a laser.
I don’t think KTLA divulged anything. They were used as a messenger boy and the information that needed to get out has now gotten out. KTLA may THINK they’ve gotten some type of scoop when they’ve merely been a tool.
Defense contractor Northrop Grumman has begun moving secret cargo through a Southern California marina this weekend............................ LOL, “Hey look here, its “secret”, it will arrive at............... LOL. back in 1953 there was a “secret” shipment of Atomic cannons to Tokyo. It was soooo secret that the Norks decided to stop fighting.
Climate/weather machine?
New HVAC for Skunk Works?
Ice machine?
Crematorium for alien body disposal?
They should not have reported it, regardless. We are secure only as we are able to keep secrets regarding our national security.
Apparently not secret enough.
You made some guesses there. But youre wrong. Its Hillarys 2020 campaign vehicle.
I meant to say you made some good guesses there. I think Russian hackers deleted the word good from my last post.
I once sold some computer equipment to Northrop, or it might have been TRW in Redondo Beach. There is a cluster of ultra high-tech electronic Aviation and spy companies in that area, Hughes aircraft, Grumman, Northrop, TRW probably 10 others that you have never heard of. They are vastly diminished from their size back in the 70s and 80s but still enormous . I had a small (just me!) company that specialized in exactly what they were looking for which was an obsolete piece of computer gear. I sold large piles of gear to one particular Division of TRW, that used 17 of my items in a ground tracking satellite station. This was a different division, and they were looking for a more advanced item that I also bought from junk yards and scrap yards, refurbed, and sold. That little computer business turned s*** into gold like nothing I have ever seen.
So I talked to the engineer and we discussed how much and when I could deliver it and etc etc. So the engineer said that’s great, we will definitely order one from you.
So I said okay just issue a purchase order and I’ll get it to you this week if you want. Engineer got a little cagey and said well we can’t really issue a purchase order. And I said well how do I know I’m going to get paid? It was about $2,500. He said oh you’ll definitely get paid don’t worry about it, but the other problem is that we can’t allow a common carrier near where this piece of equipment is supposed to go. Huh. Starting to get the picture. So I said well, okay why don’t I just drive it over there in my van and I will meet you in the parking lot, you will come out with a cart and we will load it on your cart and that will be that. He got really excited all of a sudden, and said you can really do that? I said of course I can, I live 6 miles away, I’ll put it in my van drive it over and we will do a parking lot deal. And that’s exactly how it happened. Pretty funny. And I did get paid.
I think you may be on to something. The large stack would be to be ventilate the odors emanating from her fat ass.
That was a decoy. The real item was put on a Ryder rental truck and driven to a cargo aircraft a short distance away at LAX.
Outstanding. I envy people who work with their brains and hands and can build things.
I’m sure the chicoms and ruskies have the and satellite capabilities we have.
My late mom worked at CSC and this was when “Russian Fishing Trawlers” hung out near Santa Monica bay with there ears on all sorts of fun stuff happens in that part of the southland
