Nice way to crap on the ultimate sacrifices our fallen military members have made and make their families feel like shit.
I for one am SICK AND TIRED of being the world police. I do not care if mozlums kill each other.
So, are you saying you are NOT weary of the coffins coming home?
I sure am, and I deploy over there regularly. Would be nice to have a leader who is tired of the status quo and gets us out of those places.
Or are you volunteering? Because he is not c******g on their sacrifice, he is tired of them having to sacrifice.
I think you need to hear the President discuss this duty and how he feels about it in greater context:
Some red hot neocon hyperbole right here.
Point to one military family who wants more dead service members to help assuage their loss.
Yeah, so let’s keep feeding Americans into the meat grinder so their families can feel not so bad???
I guess you didnt bother watching his last rally when he spoke movingly about meeting with families of our dead soldiers.
It’s easy to call ‘em from the bench isn’t it?
If he doesnt like doing it, he can send Pence or some cabinet members.
It’s always too late to help the dead.
Of course we honor them.
We just want to keep the dead to a minimum.
What’s our American interest in a border war between Syria and Turkey?
Why the F$%K were we there?
That comment makes you look like a real a**hole. Implying that other families want to see more continue to die because they lost someone.
Oh, so we should keep sending our troops into one trap after another, because the families of the killed would be upset?
We honor the troops, living and dead by NOT putting them in harms way without good reason. Havent we learned that lesson yet?
Nice try, but when somebody doesn’t want soldiers dead. You don’t get to justify their deaths ...by pointing to their deaths. By your logic, the war should never end or we’re crapping on the people who died. You’re also assuming that the ones who died are happy they died. People speaking up are speaking up for them...
It is not uncommon for Service men and women to fight honorably and bravely, and give their lives, in needless or senseless wars. President Trump acknowledging this by saying he’s had enough of having to greet the coffins of these brave warriors, is no slur on the dead, OR their families.
“Nice way to crap on the ultimate sacrifices our fallen military members have made and make their families feel like shit.”
So those who sacrificed their lives would choose for more soldiers to be sacrificed?
Families of the dead want more families to lose loved ones?
Exactly how does perpetual war with no recognizable goal that can be called “victory” in the middle east honor our dead and their families?
