I couldnt dare do that. For what? Who gains from that? Not my people. I just couldnt be a sellout," the singer said of the NFL's offer in an interview with Vogue magazine published on Wednesday.
I couldnt be an enabler, she continued. Theres things within that organization that I do not agree with at all, and I was not about to go and be of service to them in any way.

The NFL and Fox really wanted Rihanna to be next years performer in Atlanta, a source told Us Weekly at the time. They offered it to her, but she said no because of the kneeling controversy. She doesnt agree with the NFLs stance.

That is what all conservatives should do.

Now that I think about it, I have never watched Rihanna either. The name is slightly familiar but that is it.

I’m sure she’ll think of one someday. Such phonies.
This is what throwing in the towel to these race hustlers gets you.

Dear lady, all other Americans should be your people. And if you think otherwise (in my best Jeff Foxworthy voice), you just might be a racist.

I have never seen or heard her perform, but I know who she is. She was caught up in the Michael Brown story hoax and was shocked that the cop who shot him wasn't charged with murder. Of course she won't perform.

Well, to be fair, she isn't American. She's from Barbados. My expectations for reason and gratitude are far lower for foreigners.

Ha! I looked it up. Youre right. I naively thought that someone who stuck her nose into an American controversy would be an American.
I’d like to say more, but Im off to write a scathing letter to the Barbados government. Im going to tell them that Im not from Barbados. Nevertheless, I strongly disapprove of how they regulate the sale of bananas.
