Former Democratic U.S. President Jimmy Carter on Tuesday called on President Donald Trump to cooperate with Congress’ impeachment inquiry, saying his refusal to comply with lawmakers’ requests has left Americans grappling for answers.
The Republican leader faces allegations he abused his office by pushing Ukraine to investigate his political rival Joe Biden. Earlier on Tuesday, the Trump administration blocked a key witness from appearing before three House committees, prompting a subpoena.
“Tell the truth, I think, for a change,” Carter told MSNBC when asked what advice he would give Trump.

This coming from the guy who spent his entire 1980 re-election campaign trying to paint Ronald Reagan as a racist. I was so happy when on Election Night John Chancellor on NBC called Reagan the winner at 8:15 PM EST, and then watching the second worst president in American history give his concession speech shortly after that.

What was the longest you could lock in those interest rates or is there no way to lock them in more than 5 or so years?
the economy was so bad I needed money for gas and high interest house payments, couldn’t put much away for the future, had to keep bread on the table, gas in the tank and roof over my head. YMMV.
