John Solomon uncovers a LOT more Biden corruption in Ukraine than was previously known

There are two things reasonable people can agree on these days: Joe and Hunter Biden are corrupt, and The Hill’s John Solomon is an excellent investigative reporter with impeccable instincts and sources.

The latter has uncovered a lot more corruption involving Hunter Biden’s deal with Burisma, a Ukrainian natural gas company that was paying him a lot more a month than the previously reported $50,000. Like more than five times as much.

What’s more, the FBI was aware of the money that was being transferred from the company to accounts held by Hunter Biden.

Oh, and there’s that time in April 2014 when then-VP Joe Biden actually set up the Burisma deal for his son. Yes, he set it up.

Hunter Biden Listed as Director At China State-Backed Company
forbes.com ^ | Oct 5, 2019 | Russell Flannery, Forbes Staff, Asia
FR Posted on 10/6/2019, 3:50:25 PM by Liz

Hunter Biden’s name appears on a list of directors of a state-backed equity fund in China, the South China Morning Post reported today (link at web site).

President Trump called on China to investigate the activities of former VP Biden and his family in the country. Hunter is the son of the elder Biden, a top candidate for the Democratic Party and possible Trump opponent in the 2020 U.S. presidential election.

Hunter Biden is listed as a director of BHR Equity Investment Fund Management, whose indirect shareholders include the government-controlled Bank of China, the South China Morning Post reported. He paid about $420,000 for a 10% stake in October 2017, the New York Times has reported, according to the SCMP report.

Today In: Asia Once cordial relations between Washington and Beijing have become strained as an increase in China’s wealth and power relative to the U.S. has fueled trade, technology, geopolitical and military rivalries between the world’s two largest economies.

More than half of Americans now see friction in the current U.S.-China economic relationship, according to a report in August by the Pew Research Center. Some 60% of Americans have an unfavorable view of China compared with only 26% that have a favorable view, Pew found. (See related story here.)

With the political pendulum in U.S.-China relations swinging in a cooler direction, the controversy over the Bidens may lead to more scrutiny of ties between U.S. political elite and their family members with China businesses, especially those with government ties.

Yes indeed I am disparaging them. People like Chris Wallace seriously damage this nation.

To hold them as some sort of equal in the journalistic realm is, IMHO, just silly. They are not worthy. They support the Dem Dream of a Marxist world. Like Cuba. Like Venezuela. Like China. If history hasn’t taught us the danger to our civilization implicit in that support then we just aren’t listening.

I usually like to share many articles from FR with my friend and her teen daughter.

The unnecessary vulgarity and over-the-top obscene expressions make the source website utterly useless to me and both ladies.

My father told me many years ago that the use of crude, vulgar and obscene language was the product of a weak mind attempting to express powerful ideas and thoughts.

For those that don’t care about decorum, general politesse, and manners, enjoy this site. I’ll not give them another click.

Please. We are all free to express our opinions on any aspect of this. I started to read the article because the poster had excerpted it so that only the quotes from John Solomon, whom I think is excellent, were visible. If I’d known the article itself was nothing but crude, juvenile sexual insults I would never have started it. FR does have a policy against that, btw, which I guess is why the poster excerpted it.

on BHR - could that be Biden Heinz _____?

my question is: does Humper’s 10% open the doors to military or strategic trade since Biden is a Yank??

a coke headed whore monger like humper wouldn't have $420k laying around in his bank account.

looks like somebody “comp’d” humper’s piece, or did a mcauliffe style load like he did to set up hildabeast & bubba in chappaquah??

How cute. You take two separate, disparate issues and you try to conflate them into the same thing thinking I wouldn't notice.

Nice try, but not nice either.

Very true. However, the content of the article isn't being addressed by many, only the manner in which it is delivered.

If I’d known the article itself was nothing but crude, juvenile sexual insults I would never have started it.

And yet you were compelled to read all the way down to my reply to chime in and address the issue with me instead of directing your angst towards the one who posted the article. Damn strange behavior.

FR does have a policy against that, btw, which I guess is why the poster excerpted it.
Yep, it seems to me the guidelines were followed. No problems or else the thread would have been pulled by now.
Perhaps the poster should have posted a (strong language at link) warning?

That very thing is the very definition of good writing. It's called "a hook"...and, it seems, you bit.
