Snyder fails to realize that he can’t buy a super bowl.
He collects players like a little kid collects toy action figures. The Redskins need a coach who’s going to walk into Snyder’s office and tell him, hey, you want a winning team? Keep your upper office away from the locker room. You concentrate on selling merchandise, and leave the players to me. MY players, MY rules. I train ‘em, I discipline them, and you guys stick to the business side of it. Until the ‘Skins get a coach that can come to that understanding with the upstairs office, and enforce it, they’ll continue to fail.
Absolutely correct. What winning coach would want to come to Washington and put up with Snyder’s BS?
“Until the Skins get a coach that can come to that understanding with the upstairs office, and enforce it, theyll continue to fail.”
A COACH can’t enforce that, they can tell the ownership that but they can’t enforce it... The coach’s paycheck is signed by that owner.. they have ZERO ability to enforce their will on the owner. They can inform him, that is what needs to happen, but the ownership but willingly change their ways, a coach cannot force them to...
