And what color is in honor of the forgotten male prostate cancer?

The color brown has already been taken up by Obamaturd.

Breast cancer awareness by Dems is not that they care, but that they are dividers. That is why they fake care for the female side only and not the male.

Dems take money away from women’s health and squander it on fat pensions, that should instead go for research or medical.

Men get breast cancer, too. Beyonce’s father has it.

Who cares? This color stuff is a bunch of crap. My wife is a breast cancer survivor and she doesn't care a bit about pink for breast cancer BS.

Women’s breasts are considered public property. People can use “breast cancer awareness” as an excuse to show stickers that say, “I love boobies!” and “Save the Ta-Ta’s!”[sic] and go on about how aware they are of breasts, ha ha, never heard that one before.

Nobody even knows what a prostate looks like.

A long time ago we were on liberty drinking in a bar in a foreign country and some native ladies were checking us out. I looked apprehensive but the wise old chief petty officer sitting next to me said “Don’t worry, son. It’s all pink inside.”

It was among a number of monuments that turned pink to raise awareness of breast cancer.

...

Everybody is already aware of breast cancer. It’s a political movement.

Heart disease and lung cancer are bigger threats to women.

Hahahahahahahahaha! Love the way you related that!

I just put a Seventies era bumper sticker on my car the other day that said “Sailors Have More Fun” with a mermaid on it...

Probably get thrown in the brig now for having that.

Worst aspect for me is Komen foundation and it’s pro abortion donations and propaganda sully the pink awareness for me to the point I see it

It’s a negative

It’s like Mothers Against Drunk Driving ....it’s taken on a life way beyond its original intent and has been appropriated by the left like almost everything is eventually

The demonrats would be all over this except obamy did the same. Neither lighting should be done, imo. It’s nothing but a waste of tax dollars. Yes, the WH is also decorated for Christmas, but again, think how much good could be done with that money. Bah humbug, one tree in the entrance or wherever the visitors can see it and that’s enough. They can dump the Easter Egg Hunt, too.

So Beyonce’s father says he has the defective gene.

This is why I think anyone who has a 2nd degree relative that is male who has breast cancer should be checked for the gene or anyone who has had 2nd degree relative with Ovarian cancer.

Yes, I agree. The Komen Foundation has given many a very bad impression.

Congratulations to her, and to you also. Best wishes that she continues to remain cancer free and that you both live a long happy life together.

my experience with genetic testing

My best friend's wife found a lump in her breast a few short weeks after having her mammogram and testing clear.

She immediately sought out a different doctor who confirmed her finding and had her genetically tested. She tested positive and ended up having "everything" removed. The gene runs in her family and a number of women in her family passed of breast cancer.

She's been cancer free @ four years now. She celebrates every anniversary, and her attitude on life now vs. then is a world of difference. She's a joy to be around.
