The Anguilla resort worker allegedly killed in a struggle with a Connecticut banker had so much cocaine in his system, he was essentially walking dead, a revised autopsy report shows.
Hapgood, 44, was charged with manslaughter
The Hapgood family claim Mitchel showed up unannounced to their room with a knife and demanded money forcing the UBS financial adviser to defend himself and his young daughters.

Why waste two-plus days on a plane. Come to Chiraq!
A beautiful waterfront. Want some cheap drinks that just might kill you, easily found, and cheap too!
Meet a wild person coming at you with a knife? EASY PEASY!
Experience the local lockup for defending your family? Guaranteed if you are low on melanin!
All that and so much more! WELCOME TO CHIRAQ!!!
BOL......now that’s funny.
It’s British.................
Its British.................
Hence the knife and not a gun, a little tradition from the mainland.
Its British................
Same mother, different brother?
I was close!
Well, it is just east of the Virgin Islands................
They ARE big on tradition....................
Anguilla is not a US Territory. It is technically a British territory, but is pretty much independent. Not as corrupt as, say, Mexico, but rich Americans can be a target.
Barbadoes is great, too!
I failed to check and relied on my few functioning brain cells, recalling it was in the USVI.
Close, but no cigar!
Anguilla, U.S. Virgin Islands

I was right! Before I was wrong?
Will I still receive a demerit?
I had much more fun there than I expected to have.
FUN!
You ain’t had fun unless you’ve experienced a few nights out in the wilds of Chiraq.
If you live to tell.
Anguilla is not a U.S. territory.
I remember back in the 70s my mom said she, as a white woman, felt safer on the streets of Port Au Prince than the streets of New York. I recall my (then) wife and I at carnival in Antigua. We were “easy to spot” in a sea of brown, but never even felt harsh eyes on us. Things have changed. I wouldn’t set foot either place now.
Two Anguillas?...................One is a town, one is an island!
They shouldn’t allow such things...............
They shouldnt allow such things...............
IIRC Ms AOC had that, as pending legislation.
Things haven’t changed that much down there. Remember the Fountain Valley Golf Club massacre? Seven tourists were machine gunned in a robbery gone bad.
The event caused a sharp decline in tourism to St. Croix but people forget and over time they still return to unsafe places.
There’s additionally two other places with the same name!..............
Anquilla is 98 miles east of the main British Virgin Island of Tortolla. I’ve been to Anquilla several times and Tortola many times. What’s going on here is the usual “whitey killed a black man” stuff we see here in the U.S. all the time.
Statistically, Anquilla is one of the safest islands in the Caribbean judged on murder rate alone. “Murder” per se is almost non existent in Anquilla, likewise Tortolla.
Island “officials”, all over the Caribbean hate this type publicity. This guy will be slapped on the wrist and let go just to SILENCE all the bad publicity as tourism is their only real industry. And, for good reason, it’s beaches are the BEST.
