When their new $110,000 car arrived from Chicago, it had undisclosed damage. The case highlights the difficulty in dealing with the company’s secretive arbitration system.

The detailer found paint overspray and sand marks on the rear bumper and flaws on a rear quarter panel.

The Nagers demanded a new, undamaged car, which Tesla refused.

I’d bet she’s a nagger.

From the looks of it, she has been on him for a long time.

They may be able to see that?

I know a guy who’s worth a few million dollars. He’s not a car guy, but wanted something nicer than a Camccordima. I suggested a Lexus for comfy reliability, or maybe an Audi if he wanted to be inconspicuous and drive fast, or a high end Jeep. He got a cheap price on a Chevy Traverse, even though he’s got a big ego, he couldn’t tell enough difference between the vehicles. He just wants point A to point B with the fewest hassles.

Not just Tesla.

All of them use “alternative dispute resolution”.

And there are more than a few claims on Audi battery life ...

But at the Audi dealer, they will give you FREE coffee!!!
Before they screw you.

There’s nothing like a V8.

I couldn’t agree more. The V8 layout is inherently balanced causing that legendary smoothness. Ford dumped the V8 for their big Expedition and went to their “Ecoboost” V6. That V6, even with more torque and horsepower than the V8, still feels like there is a huge nest of angry buzzing hornets under the hood. A couple years ago, I bought a used 2014 V8 Ford Expedition, the last year of the V8.

I haven’t bought it yet but I am thinking about it.

Snooze and you lose!
Snore and you lose more!!!

My sister had a big block Vette, it did not like snow/ice/rain.

Any day first snow possible here!

Plus you only want to take a nice ride like that out on nice days.

The car came from the dealer with it’s first parking lot ding!

My current car which I bought over 10 years ago, received a ding about the size of a dime in the hood about a month after I bought it. I had parked under a tree and suspect a squirrel dropped an acorn on it. I found a dent removal specialist online. He stopped by the house and massaged the dent out. It looked good as new. He charged $75 and I gave him a $25 tip.

The purpose of a Tesla is to separate idiots from their money. This begs the question of how they got the money in the first place, but that’s a different issue.

I’ve been long convinced that the more money you charge for a POS, the more demand there will be.

a CARDIOLOGIST. Wouldn’t it be interesting to see what ‘rights’ he makes his patients sign away before he’ll work on them.

A good question.

I ‘m related to a couple of physicians and there is my friend noted in #!.

Near as I can tell, they are liable for anything you claim.

The Doc that deliverer our children was sued and lost the largest malpractice settlement in Illinois at the time.

NOT his patience, never in the room with them...
Middle of the night another Doc called and from his car on the way in and ask if he would sign her in...

This crushed a very good man.
