No. The left has delegitimized Trump since the day he took office. They have created their own government in every sense of the word, working around and against the President. They have their own foreign emissaries, such as John Kerry, they operate their own intelligence agency run by John Brennan, if the law doesn’t fit their needs, they change it. If they have the need to listen to a Presidential conversation, they do it.
Like that will stop them. Who would provide the "encryption"? Trump should use WhatsApp or Telegram instead.
