Lacking any information, I’m going to guess they were guests at a party, the admission for which was the orange wrist band, where some toxic comestibles or inhalants were distributed.

If the first man was dead, I’m wondering what symptoms the second man was displaying that was similar to the first man. Does that mean he was dead too?
Thanks to post 2 which seems to draw some reasonable tentative conclusions from very incomplete information.
My guess was that a University of Tennessee football party led to a mass suicide attempt, but post 2 is a much more modest interpretation of available “evidence.”

I was born on the South Side, pronounced “Sahside” for all yins non-Pittsburghers.
