If the first man was dead, I’m wondering what symptoms the second man was displaying that was similar to the first man. Does that mean he was dead too?

Thanks to post 2 which seems to draw some reasonable tentative conclusions from very incomplete information.

My guess was that a University of Tennessee football party led to a mass suicide attempt, but post 2 is a much more modest interpretation of available “evidence.”

I’m thinking second man was having trouble breathing and was maybe unconscious, cause not breathing and being unconscious are symptoms of being dead, so it’s like that.

The “1st” man was allegedly found unconscious, so maybe caller observed some symptoms before he died.
