Of course it was wrong on more than one level, but I suspect the last paragraph might be the key to why Dems wrongfully FORCED through their consultant against House rules. The Dems specifically WANTED this consultant to participate, when House staff could surely perform that role, because the consultant would NOT be held to the same ethical standards, outside income restrictions, limitations on lobbying, financial discourses and obligations of all House staff. Rules? The Dems never met a rule they wouldn't break!

The consultant was used, basically a paid for lawyer, to isolate the house members from the questions being asked.

Questioning by proxy so no one in the house can take responsibility for it. That is all it was.

And the penalty for breaking the House rules is nothing. The Rats will take this letter and use it for a dart board while laughing. The Republicans need to figure out how to disrupt House committee hearings and actions.

These Democrat Congresscritters are looking like buffoons to the country and world. It appears as though they are hiring these “consultants” to shield the critters from being embarrassed by what comes out of their own mouths! Can you imagine being in Democrat leadership just waiting for the next stupid statement to come out of one of their colleague’s mouth? The stupid is strong on the rat side of the house.
