And the penalty for breaking the House rules is nothing. The Rats will take this letter and use it for a dart board while laughing. The Republicans need to figure out how to disrupt House committee hearings and actions.

I think the letter had to be written to head off continued use of this tactic going forward. In the meantime, it’s another lesson to the public that Democrats don’t “do” rules.

Exactly. They got to do what they wanted, letting the consultant ask questions for 30 min. So what, the letter just says if you want to continue with these consultants you have to hire them as staff. Too bad, damage is done. Dems always violate the rules and get away with it.

Remember Feinstein with holding information in the Kavanaugh interrogation circus? Yeah, GRassley didn’t do a thing when it came out what she did.
